Templer Forest Eco Park is located in Templar Forest Reserve, a part of the State Forest Park which is situated 13 km from Rawang via Jalan Selayang – Rawang and 21 km from Kuala Lumpur. The forest is a dipterocarp hill forest.
There is a swimming pond, perfectly suited for visitors who wish to be at leisure while enjoying the natural beauty of flora and fauna. Apart from that, there are fairly challenging trails for visitors who want a little more adventure. It is managed by the Forestry Department of Selangor.
The park is located in the north of Batu Cave which 20 km from central Kuala Lumpur. It is part of the same stretch of rainforest which includes nearby Kanching Waterfalls and Commonwealth Forest Park. Templer Forest Eco Park is one of the favorite places among nature lovers.
